1. General Terms and Conditions

Validity:
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all non-binding reservation requests as well as binding reservations made via the KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet reservation system (hereinafter referred to as "AKRS").

Reservation Requests and Bookings:
Every reservation request and booking made through AKRS is submitted in your name and forwarded to the KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet. Your reservation request will be emailed to the property, after which you will be contacted directly with an offer or the requested information. Bookings made through AKRS for individual services or packages are binding. By confirming a booking online (via mouse click), a contract for accommodation or travel services is established. Please take note of the applicable cancellation deadlines and policies. The KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet reserves the right to reject a booking within 24 hours.

Accommodation or Travel Services Contract and Payment:
By booking, a contract for accommodation or travel services is concluded between you and KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet. The confirmed price must be paid directly at the accommodation, either in cash or by credit card. All obligations arising from this contract exist directly and exclusively between the customer and KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet.

Changes and Cancellations:

1. Bookings via Our Website

• Free Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to arrival for bookings made via our website.

• Cancellation Within 30 Days of Arrival: For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

2. Direct Bookings (not via the website)

• Payment & Refund Policy: Direct bookings made through KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet (by email, phone, or on-site) require 100% prepayment. This payment is non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

2. Classification and Resort / Travel Information:
The internationally recognized hotel star classification provides a non-binding indication of the standard, based in part on self-assessments by the accommodation. All additional descriptions and information are provided by the property itself.

Contractually Agreed Room Price:
All prices displayed in the system are current daily rates or special offers (which may change at any time), and apply to all bookings made via AKRS. Bookings are always made at the best available daily rate offered by KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet. Special offers such as last-minute deals, seasonal promotions, or weekend specials are automatically applied at the time of booking.

Miscellaneous:
All information has been compiled with the greatest care. However, KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet cannot be held liable for any errors in data collection or transmission. The transfer of information from this website (even in part) for purposes other than those intended is only permitted with express written consent from KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet.

Applicable Law:
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zell am See, Austria.

2. Information Security

Anonymous Use of the Reservation System:
In general, you can use our reservation system anonymously without providing personal data, e.g., to request information.

Registration:
To make a booking or if you are a tour operator offering accommodation via KRONE Company for Rent–Apartment & Chalet, we require personal details (e.g., name, address) necessary for processing the contract. Required data are indicated on the registration form. Optional fields are voluntary and, if provided, used anonymously for statistical purposes. Our newsletter may be sent to you periodically, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Right of Information:
Registered users can request free access to their personal data at any time. Please contact info@kroneagency.com.

Deletion:
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time after all contractual obligations are fulfilled. Please contact info@kroneagency.com.
